I love cooking tofu every now and then, but I would find that it would sit in my fridge for a while before I got around to cooking it because of the hassle of draining it. It would take numerous plates and paper towels and then it would come out unevenly drained (one side taller than the other) and it would take forever to get the consistency I wanted. When I saw this product advertised in one of my vegetarian magazines, I had to have it (actually asked my husband for it as an anniversary present). He said the customer service was extremely good (ordered directly from tofu x-press). The best of all, the product worked exactly as advertised. You just pop the tofu in the press, put it in the fridge for a little while, drain and cook. So easy! And dishwasher safe. I can’t say enough good things about this product.

Although it is inconvenient for you to run out of TofuXpress units…I think that is probably a good thing. It means you are doing well. I am very happy with my units…I bought four so far to use and share. I wish you the absolute best of luck. I think the TofuXpress is the best device I have seen so far. I can’t believe how well it works….Incredible!

I purchased your product a couple of months ago. It is wonderful – for both tofu and spinach. Don’t know how i lived without it!

I never do this, but I just had to tell you how wonderful I think the TofuXpress is. It is hands down my favorite kitchen gadget these days. I purchased mine a few months ago after my mom recommended it, and I have used it at least once a week since I got it. It’s truly fabulous, and I would recommend it to anyone! I am thrilled that it is made in the USA!!!

I have to admit that I was kind of skeptical about the TofuXpress, I’m not really a fan of excess kitchen gadgetry. After seeing the well made construction of the press and after enjoying the results, I am a convert. The tofu came out SO GOOD! After moving, I had to start pressing my own tofu, which was a hassle to say the least, and I was never happy with the results.

Until now, I have failed to include tofu in my diet on a regular basis because I found the “kitchen sink tofu tower” method of pressing tofu to be irritating and inefficient.
Since I purchased my Tofu Xpress, I can’t get enough tofu! I simply put my tofu in the press, and this fantastic little gadget works its magic overnight giving me a perfectly prepped block of tofu ready for cooking the following day.
As others have mentioned, the press also works miracles with spinach. No more soggy pizza crusts!
It has paid for itself many times over by bringing nutrition and ease into my life.
Thank you so much for your invention!

Thanks for such a great product. It has revolutionized my vegan cooking! I don’t even buy processed soy cheeses and soy “meats” anymore because now I can make it better and healthier myself.

I’m not one that usually will leave feedback but the TofuXpress is so amazing I just had to share it with you! Since I bought mine I have used it almost every night. All my tofu recipes taste so much more amazing! I was always OK with just freezing the tofu and getting the firm texture that way. I must say I am much more of a fan of the pressed tofu than the freezing kind now. I even broke out my cast iron grilling pan to give it a go. Thank you so much! You need to get this into stores.

I am vegan, am constantly cooking, and love tofu. I hesitated to purchase your product and I figured how much better could it be than the old wrap in a towel and place a few cans on top method of getting the water out of tofu. But I took the chance because I secretly hated cooking improperly pressed tofu – it was always so hard to fry or bake due to the high water content left in it and it was never as “meaty” as I’d like for the same reason. That’s all over now, because of your little magical product. My tofu experience is now superior because it’s properly pressed after about three hours using your device. Tonight alone I pressed and cooked six cakes of firm and extra firm. No more hesitation. Wonderful! Thank you!

Hi Marie, After my attempt to press tofu the old fashion way with the paper towels and cutting board and a pan full of water balancing on top… I thought coming up with a better way was a fantastic idea! So I put in a search for tofu press and along with similar old fashion ways of pressing, I saw your site… I was happy that someone had come up with the idea and of course I was intrigued… Your product is simple to use.. clean design.. love that the cover fits underneath until needed… I have never eaten so much tofu and have started to create some of my own marinades… So much fun.. Thanks again,
Suzen
Now that I am using the tofu press, I find we really like tofu! It works great and find it a good addition to our snacking. Thanks for the invention/gift.

My family loves spinach but they don’t like when it’s wet and soggy. Sometimes no matter how much I squeeze the water out it still has a wet texture.
The first time I used the TofuXpress I watched the water instantly rise up and over the spinach. I sprinkled it with pepper and olive oil. We had the tastiest most delicious spinach ever. The texture made all the difference. Healthy and happy, what more could you ask for?
It was a little tougher with tofu. “Yuk” is what I usually hear. “It doesn’t taste like anything.” The water was released just like the spinach. I marinated it in soy sauce and sesame oil. Tossed it with veggies and presto. How simple, how cost effective, and how nutritious. We thought it was the best ever. I now make a mean tofu and it’s become a staple in our house.

I’ve been grilling tofu for years and its always soggy and hard to get brown. The TofuXpress gets some of that water out so I can get it to brown.
