Tofu & Veg Chili Satay Stir Fry Noodles

  1. 3 cups Fresh asian Noodles
  2. 1 cup julienne Carrot
  3. 1/2 cup Capsicum
  4. 1/2 block Firm Tofu (pressed)
  5. 1/4 cup Satay Sauce
  6. 1 tsp Chilli Mushroom Sauce
  7. 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  8. 1 tsp ‘Chicken’ stock power
  9. 1 clove Garlic
  10. 1 Fresh Red Chilli
  1. Chop chilli, garlic, tofu, carrot & capsicum
  2. Soak noodles in a bowl of hot water
  3. Fry chilli, garlic & tofu until golden
  4. add carrot
  5. add noodles
  6. add stock powder, soy sauce, satay sauce & chilli mushroom sauce
  7. stir fry until combined well & carrots are almost tender
  8. add capsicum
  9. enjoy!
