Ingredients
  1. 2 cups Yogurt
  2. Fresh Blueberries
  3. Museli
  4. Fresh Mint
  5. Cheesecloth
Instructions
  1. Cut Cheesecloth with enough extra to line the inside and to drape over the unit with food inside.
  2. Line TofuXpress with cheesecloth.
  3. Place two cups of Yogurt into Tofuxpress. Cover Yogurt entirely with sides of Cheesecloth. Press with the Light Tension Spring #2 Attachment for approximately 4 hours. (Any longer and it will solidify into cheese).
  4. Place u00be cup into a bowl and add blueberries, and sprinkle with Museli. Garnish with fresh Mint Leaves.
  5. Serve for breakfast.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup finely chopped English Cucumber (long thin ones usually wrapped in stores)
  2. 2 cups plain Whole Yogurt
  3. 1 tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice
  4. 1 light dash White Pepper (optional)
  5. 2 tablespoons fresh Mint, chopped (and crushed in mortar and pestle if you have one!)
  6. Note: This recipe is very versatile. It can be a dip, a salad dressing, cracker spread, or a yogurt-based meal, depending upon how long you keep it pressing in the TofuXpress.

  1. Press Cucumber in TofuXpress using the original spring for 1 hour. Drain off juice or save juice for another use.
