Ingredients
  1. 1 brick firm Tofu
  2. 1 medium head Nappa Cabbage sliced lengthwise in quarters
  3. with core intact
  4. 4 tablespoons Hot Mustard
  5. 1 tablespoon basil-infused Olive Oil or regular Olive Oil
  6. 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
  7. 1 tablespoon Agave
  8. 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
  9. 1 large bunch Scallions, washed, trimmed, and sliced lengthwise.
  10. 1 tablespoon Water
  11. Bunch of fresh Basil
  12. Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Mustard Glaze: Mix together Hot Mustard, basil-infused Olive Oil, Agave, Garlic, and Water. Set aside.
