Pressed Rice with Apricots and Raisins

  1. White rice
  2. Can of apricots (or fruit of your choice)
  3. Forbidden rice
  4. Raisins
  5. Pinch of Cardamon
  6. Pinch of Mirin
  1. Cook the rice. If your fruit is frozen fold in while the rice is hot.
  2. Put the rice with the fruit and raisins into the press and start the block.
  3. Cook the Forbidden Rice and allow to come to room temperature.
  4. Take the started block out of the fridge and put a layer of the Forbidden Rice on top.
  5. Reassemble the unit and put back in the fridge for a few hours.
  6. This is an extremely nutritious and stunningly beautiful recipe.
  7. You can do similar with rice and beans.
